低阶煤浮选降灰及提高水煤浆浓度技术研究

Technology of Flotation of Thermal Coal to Improve Coal-Water Slurry

摘要: 为了处理大量堆积的低阶煤煤泥,对榆林低阶煤煤泥进行直接浮选,再用其浮选精煤去改善榆林水煤浆级配,来提高当地水煤浆浓度。通过使用80%KD-4和20%助剂N作为捕收剂,仲辛醇为起泡剂,成功选出灰分在9.45%、产率为49.4%的合格低灰精煤。成功把榆林当地水煤浆浓度由原来的60.5%提升到65.31%,实现了资源最大化利用。

Abstract: Coal slime increased year by year with mechanized mining in recent years. The technology can not deal with large numbers thermal coal. Large numbers of thermal just pile up. Thermal of Yulin can be separated by using 80% KD-4 /20% aids N and 2-Octanol as Foaming agent N. The flotation concentrate successfully improve concentrate of coal-water slurry from 60.5% to 65.31%. It achieve the most utilization of resources.
